1. Who is responsible

The service provider listed below is responsible for information received to arrange and deliver lessons. Contact maryiakibis@icloud.com with questions about your data.

2. Information and purposes

Enquiries involve names, contact details, grade, subject, learning goals, correspondence and agreed lesson and payment information. This information is used to respond, book and deliver lessons, process payments, handle enquiries and fulfil legal obligations.

Processing is based on arranging and performing a contract, legal obligations and, where necessary, separate consent. Visiting the website is not consent to every use of data. Please do not provide information unnecessary for lessons.

3. Services used

Communication uses iCloud Mail (Apple), Telegram and telephone; video lessons use Zoom. When you contact the tutor or attend a lesson, the relevant information is also processed by the chosen service under its own rules. Recording a lesson requires separate agreement with participants and a minor's legal representative where required.

The website server is located in the Netherlands. Communication services may process data outside Armenia. Applicable legal grounds and requirements govern processing and international transfers; this policy does not replace any required separate consent.

Card payment is not yet available: the website does not receive or store card details. This policy will be updated with the actual provider's details before payments are connected.

4. Website technical data

The website has no submission forms, advertising or analytics trackers, first-party cookies or preference storage. The language is selected by navigating to the corresponding page.

When pages load, the web server may log the IP address, time, requested URL, response status and browser information. Logs are used for security and diagnosis, not advertising. HTTPS protects the connection to the website.

5. Retention and protection

Correspondence and lesson information are retained only to the extent and for the time needed for these purposes and any mandatory legal retention periods. Unnecessary information is deleted or anonymised when the grounds for keeping it end. Access is limited to tasks involved in teaching and operating the services.

Protection includes restricting access to work accounts and the server, and using secure connections where available. This policy does not promise absolute security for third-party services.

6. Minors and requests

A minor's legal representative arranges booking and payment. Student information is used only as needed for teaching; photographs, testimonials and recordings are not published without the appropriate separate consent.

You may request information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, blocking or deletion where provided by law. Contact the provider by email; replies follow the deadlines in applicable legislation. If some information must be retained by law, the provider will explain this.

Policy changes are published here. New purposes or processing methods requiring a separate legal basis or consent are not introduced merely by changing this text.
